" We honestly couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place for a family weekend away. The garden was our favourite spot, we spent hours outside taking in the incredible views. It genuinely felt like we were sitting somewhere on the Amalfi Coast! The house itself had everything you could possibly need. There were also so many thoughtful little touches that made us feel so welcome. The hosts were fantastic throughout. They were incredibly friendly, answered any questions we had almost immediately, and made everything so easy from start to finish. The area is lovely and peaceful, making it the perfect place to switch off and relax. Our only disappointment was that we didn’t book another night! "This house is amazing. It’s fantastically located right on the SW coast path, but the house itself has so much available that you might not venture far. We were a group of 11 and every single person was wowed by the house. Tina and Luke also lend a lovely personal touch, with goodies for the weekend and a lovely card and treat for my daughter who was celebrating her forthcoming wedding. "Wow! What a stunningly beautiful property! The house was exactly what we were hoping for; large communal areas, but also enough room to space out from each other within the house. The garden was perfect! Beautiful, comfy sitting areas, great easy to use bbq, hot tub and trampoline for the kids. But the highlight of the property is the beautiful view of the sea and Babacombe bay. Stunning to wake up to and to view at sunset. Our family from age 2 to 76 all absolutely loved our stay in the house, so much so we didn't want to leave it most days. Tina & Luke were fantastic with communication the whole way through from the moment we booked, and the house had everything we needed in it - also a beautiful welcome hamper and treats for us all which was such a lovely surprise!  Thank you so much!"  Siobhan - via AirBnb

"Such a lovely stay! Beautiful location with a gorgeous view of the sea. It was a lovely, big home with great amenities. Tina and Luke were so lovely and helpful and we're ready to help when we needed it. would definitely recommend of your looking for somewhere peaceful by the sea!" Jean. 
 

"Wonderful house for 2 families to share with plenty of space to spread out and have privacy. We had easy access to the South Coast Path.. Luke and Tina were great hosts. "We have just spent 3 nights at this beautiful property, 13 adults and still so much room for everyone. The property is fully equipped with everything you could need and more!  "Wonderful property. Had absolutely everything anyone could possibly need! Well laid out in kitchen. Beds extremely comfortable, TV in every room.. The cinema room was fab. The pool table and football table were used a lot! And the gym was used every day too!  "An amazing house, true to pictures (maybe even better). A great place for my friends and I to escape city life. Lovely beaches nearby, good options for pubs and restaurants as well as day time activities like paddle boarding and climbing. Tina and Luke were fantastic hosts, and were really quick to respond to any questions we had." - Maisie

 

"Amazing house! Got lost a few times myself as it was so big! Plenty of space for the kids to play and run around and explore. Tina was only a email/message away, checking up on us making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, and answered any questions we had promptly. Tina left the children little personalised teddies and the perfect welcome pamper basket full of snacks bread coffee tea - Tina even asked us which milk we preferred and had it ready for us chilling in the fridge.  The house was spotless upon arrival. The garden is the showstopper the view!!! The sunken trampoline made it safe for the kids to come in and out. Plenty of seating areas around the garden. Cinema room with bean bags was so much fun for the whole family. Smart tv-Netflix available and loaded ready to watch in every room was very practical for the kids. "Simply outstanding on all fronts! Exceeded all expectations! Comfortably fit my extended family of 13. Excellent location with amazing views and access to gorgeous costal paths and various picturesque coves and beaches via a short drive. Very friendly and responsive hosts - we were even greeted by a personalised hamper full of goodies upon arrival. Lots of fun had in the pool and cinema rooms, and meals together at the table in the conservatory were particularly special. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to a friend or family member and hopefully we will be back next year. Thank you Tina and Luke :)"- Stuart
