In the budget announcement in March 2024, the chancellor Jeremy Hunt announced changes to taxation of Furnished Holiday Lets.  As things currently stand, our business will become untenable from April 1st 2025.  This is incredibly sad for us as we have loved every minute helping our guests create amazing memories.

We will continue to take and honour all bookings made and taken up to this date.  And we will of course continue to ensure our guests receive the best service and an stay in a unique and amazing place.   In the background we will continue lobbying our MP and if things change we will of course let you all know.  But until such time, we won't be able to accept bookings beyond March 31st 2025.
